INNOVATIONS AND CONTRIBUTIONS:
a) Design of Curriculum : Actively participated in the preparation of Special Paper syllabus of North Bengal University.
b) Teaching Methods : Teaching through group discussions and home assignments. Briefing students with possible questions and how to answer them.
c) Laboratory Experiments : Training students in different techniques in molecular biology like Gel electrophoresis, TLC, etc. besides the various experiments mentioned in the syllabus. Directing and assisting students in various project work.
d) Evaluation Methods : Actively participated in the evaluation process of UG (both Pass & Hons.) and PG courses as Paper setter and Examiner under North Bengal University,Calcutta University and Vidyasagar University.
e) Preparation of Resource Materials : Preparation of model questions for Undergraduate syllabus of Calcutta University 
f) Participation in local/ state/ National/ International Art Exhibitions/ Games : Directing students in the organization of Science exhibitions
g) Assignments of Art work by Government or any other Agency : 
h) Any Other : Regular counseling of students for preparing for University exams as well as other competitive Examinations like NET, GATE, etc.
